About us:
Where we currently are: Although the volunteers behind Better Because Collective have been working tirelessly, the organization isn’t making the impact we initially envisioned. Because of this, we paused our operations to focus our energy on building a solid foundation for the organization’s future programs and operations. We believe that the outcome of the work led by this position will be instrumental in re-starting our public operations.
Your responsibilities: Create a detailed marketing plan that’s realistic for a small volunteer-run nonprofit to implement, including:

Time commitment: The position is short-term. We expect a commitment of 5-8 hours per week. Our goal is to complete the plan within 3-4 months. There’s also the possibility of becoming the ongoing Marketing Manager for our organization, depending on the success of this project. We appreciate and prioritize volunteers who are fully committed and enthusiastic about our work and who can skillfully integrate their volunteer contributions to the organization into their daily lives.
Communications: We’re a small team of dedicated volunteers working remotely around the United States. Open communication and clear expectations are necessary to get tasks done on time. We value your time and commitment just as much as you respect ours.
