The Bay Area chronic pain and illness peer support group
Shared experiences remind us we’re never alone. This support group meets in two locations – in-person in San Francisco, and in-person and virtually in Silicon Valley.
Led by our founder, Becca Massie, and group facilitator, Sena Yildiz, the support group provides an unstructured judgment-free space to hang out, talk about our lives, form friendships, create community, and get support.
- Private settings
- Wheelchair accessible
- Free parking
Support Group Information
This group supports those living with chronic pain, illnesses, invisible disabilities, and anxiety. We know how challenging everyday life can feel, and we’ve seen the power of connecting with others who understand what it’s like.
This is a laid-back space with no structure or expectations – just a community where you can show up as yourself and be met with understanding. Whether you’re looking for support, friendship, or just a place to belong, you’re welcome here exactly as you are. The group is free to attend, but we gladly accept donations to offset our costs.
We meet in two locations – in-person in San Francisco and in-person and virtually in Saratoga. Please check the schedule and RSVP using the link below.
