  1. Operations Manager

    The operations manager is responsible for analyzing, improving, and streamlining internal workflows to enhance organizational effectiveness. They will identify inefficiencies, reduce pain points, and implement practical solutions.

  2. Story Editor

    Story editors are responsible for working one-on-one with contributors to help them craft their narratives of post-traumatic growth and prepare them for publication on Better Because Collective’s website. This includes ensuring the stories align with our mission and vision, and are appropriate in structure, tone, language, and length.

  3. Copywriter

    The copywriter is responsible for communicating our mission and vision to a broader audience through our website and newsletters. This includes writing new and engaging content for both of these platforms and applying SEO best practices to drive traffic to our website, as well as ensuring existing content on our website is correct, trauma-informed, and aligned with our mission.
